What SmartBack Is

SmartBack is a fitness and wellness application that provides personalized exercise programs for back strengthening. SmartBack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Medical Disclaimer

Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, especially if you have existing medical conditions, recent injuries, or chronic pain. Stop exercising immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, tingling, or dizziness.

You are solely responsible for your health and safety while using SmartBack.

Founder Pricing

Founder pricing ($97 USD for 4 months of access) is charged at time of purchase. Access begins when the SmartBack app launches (estimated February 2025). If we do not launch within 90 days of your purchase, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you follow the program and see no improvement within 30 days of app launch, contact support@smartback.app for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

SmartBack's total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your use of our exercise programs.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
