  • Payment info: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Health & fitness info: Pain assessment responses, workout completion, pain check-ins. Used solely to personalize your exercise program.

How We Use Your Data

  • Deliver and personalize your exercise program
  • Send you app updates and workout reminders
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Improve SmartBack based on aggregate usage patterns

What We Don't Do

  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Share your health information with advertisers
  • Send unrelated marketing emails

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase (database) and Stripe (payments), both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@smartback.app. We will delete your information within 30 days.
